How this referral service is run

You call, send the form or email us with your neighbourhood, home type and the service you want. We read it and look for an independent provider who covers your area and offers that service.

If we find one, we pass your enquiry to that provider. They contact you, assess the job and give you a quote. The provider, not this site, sets the price and carries out the work.

You decide whether to book. If something goes wrong with the work, raise it with the provider first. Our referral disclosure explains what we do and do not do.
